Improving your overall experience is the primary goal of everything we do. Here are a few of the enhancements you will find in CloudSwipe.

Better, Faster, More Customizations

We dramatically improved the process of using your site’s theme for your payment page. We keep a history of your clones so you can revert back to previous clones if you would like to. We also included online code editors with syntax highlighting for adding custom CSS and working with the HTML of your payment page. The cloning engine is also faster and more efficient.

Distraction Free Themes

In addition to using your WordPress theme we have also introduced over a dozen responsive, distraction free themes. These themes are designed to improve conversions by providing a streamlined checkout experience.

Many online stores (including Amazon) remove things like navigation, sidebars, and other content that may distract buyers from completing the checkout process. The new distraction free themes provide a focused checkout experience that still matches the colors and branding of your business.

Easier Test vs Live Modes

Testing your site and accepting live payments is much easier now. If you want to test, simply use the built-in CloudSwipe Test Gateway. If you want to accept live payments, enable a your live payment gateway.

Translations

The entire application, including the payment page, is now available in three different languages, English, French, and Spanish with more on the way.

Better Customer Support

We are placing a huge effort on improving customer support. Mijireh offered three things that were sold individually; the service itself, priority support tickets, and professional setups where our support team would connect and style your hosted payment page.

The intention was to allow you to choose how much help and support you needed. Charging for things separately, however, was sometimes confusing and frustrating for people. With CloudSwipe, you have access to the entire support team for help with anything you need.

Why Change The Name

Mijireh was our code name during the development of the hosted payment platform. The concept of a PCI compliant hosted payment pages that look exactly like the rest of your website became so popular so fast that we just went live with the code name.

The new name, CloudSwipe, encapsulates the concept of secure online payments. It is also easier to pronounce and remember.

Why The Price Change

Mijireh had three separate things you could buy:

  • The hosted payment page service itself
  • Professional setup of the hosted payment page
  • Support tickets

Each of these items cost $50. It was common for customers to want all three. This lead to confusion and sometimes frustration. We changed the pricing so that we are able to offer everyone our top level of support for anything you need.
